I loved this book.it was funny,emotional and put together so nicely. I love that the love interest are two older women (don’t see that a lot).

Oh boy. The feels that this book delivers were as exhausting as they were invigorating. The beautiful moments of self-revelation, the getting lost in new love, the revealing of skeletons lurking in closets, the hope to try again, the adventure of a new chapter of life, the acceptance of loss and pain, the hugs that attempt to calm the storm, just- all of it. Not to mention some steam your windows love-making. You will not regret a single tear you will inevitably shed as you read her note... you will relive the relief you feel when Layla puts the singer in her place and makes her listen to reason- the anger is palpable, and her words will haunt you and make you take stock of your own life. A beautiful work of fiction. One I will read again and again. Truly remarkable and grateful a light shines through the darkness.
