Thought Provoking
I'm must say, this is one of the best Science Fiction novels I've ever read. Although it was published in 1958, it's still very timely. The first half of the story occurs on the planet Lithia, the second half on a torn and decaying future human civilization on earth. Blush explores many ideas in this fast moving plot which has some memorable characters. He delves deeply into one's faith and how it can be a tremendous burden. Highly recommended.
