Worth it
Very soothing voice. You can get rid of the annoying 10 second ads at the beginning and end by selecting your purchase in the play-list and selecting....file / getinfo / options . It's very easy and you can do this with any item in your playlist(s). This is the best chakra meditation audiobook I've come across.
Very relaxing
I found this guided meditation to be very relaxing. The chakra vibrations were very strong with his smooth voiced guidance and mild note tones. I would buy something else from Glenn Harrold.

What a pleasant surprise to find that this guided meditation not only relaxes me so much as to often put me to sleep, but if I am awake long enough to make it through the entire exercise, it contains wonderful affirmations which are repeated for each of the chakras.I highly recommend this one for those looking for a combination of a relaxation exercise and self-esteem booster.
