Hard Pivot
I thought this book was slow in the beginning, but then the pieces all fell into place and it starts cooking. It’s not Beauty and the Beast. It’s a classic good vs evil fairytale all on its own. Great narration and great writing, even if the beginning is a bit depressing.
Props to Elizabeth Evan’s
Elizabeth Evan’s is my favorite narrator. Suck a talent. Thank god they let her in to redo these!!!!
Disappointing
I was sure this would be great after all the buzz and good reviews. Enjoyed the narrator. But the story is just a retelling of an old fairy tale we all know.
