Definitely Good. But..
In the later chapters, I found myself frustrated with the heroine in a way that fueled disinterest in the story’s outcome. I finished, but I will not be reading the rest of this series.
Much more of a romance geared toward young adults than I expected. Some of the conflicts and drama came across more like daytime TV rather than proper suspense that left me wanting more.
Overall, still the good read that will undoubtedly be echoed in many other reviews.

Very repetitive writing
The story was good but I found the writing to be very distracting. Sara J Mass reused the same phrases “clinched jaws”, “low growls”, “taste of bile in my throat” OVER AND OVER THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE BOOK! It just got old after a while.
