Book was good Audio was not
The story itself is very good. Quite interesting actually. Made for a TV movie interesting. The characters were very well developed and the events of the story was so captivating. I couldn’t even guess what was happening until the end when it all started happening. Very food plot twists. Very well written book however the audio was horrible. The narrator sounded like a computer generated robot voice at times. She didn’t connect with the emotional scenes. And throughout the book parts of the audio was edited and replaced with what sounded like re-recorded audio that was muffled and inserted in. She often forgot to do the “old man” voice and would suddenly remember mid sentence and go back to doing it. Brilliance Audio definitely did not review this audio thoroughly.
