Frost is a Killer!
I have always been a big fan of the Frost TV series, but I wasn't sure how it would translate into an audiobook. Having some recollection from that show made this audiobook truly enjoyable, although I'm sure those unfamiliar with the wisecracking detective would also enjoy it. Frost is very much like a real copper, getting himself into fixes that he has to weasel his way out of, doing some rather dumb things at times, but always getting it right when trying to solve a crime. And this book has lots of it, including some pretty gruesome murders. His sarcastic humor also adds much flavor to the story, especially his bantering with his boss, "horned-rim Harry" Mullet. I found myself laughing out loud while listening on my iPod and getting funny looks from my wife and daughter. This is a great book that is well-deserving of the 5-star rating. Buy it and enjoy!
