A Path with Heart: A Guide Through the Perils and Promises of Spiritual Life

An enlightening audiobook.  Very Good.  Easy to listen to, and grasp insight from his teachings.  A beginner or advanced student would both glean much from this audiobook.  Non-Buddhists can receive great benefit from this man's teaching of life.  Take from the book what applies to your life, and toss out the rest.  

It's a win, win audiobook. Enjoy.

Where to begin, i first touched it in 1994 in college it was required for a buddhism class of which I knew zip! First exposure, & I never turned back. I tried 2 read it every couple yrs (when i'm lost) but no time now so i'm trying the audio. Jacks early struggle with holding onto the path learned as a monk, while returning to western world, is eye opening 2 the person who sees buddhist lifestyle as impractical. To this day i say "its the book that saved my life" gave it 2 friend in 1997 who was also moved by it, in 2001 he was diagnosed with cancer, b4 dying 11 months latter, he repeated my saying back 2 me! Thank u Jack!

It's broken up into only two 'chapters' in the audio version. Good luck keeping track of where you left off...
