sick of vampire paranormal?
I am... I really REALLY am. I loved the Buffy the Vampire series, and then I discovered the Sookie Stackhouse books...Those are a real treat. The rest of the "paranormal" stuff out there is a horrible copycat that is the same premise each time. This book series was a delight to find! I really enjoyed this book and I have to say the narration was just as good as the story! A very rare commodity in most audiobooks! I rarely "read" a paperback anymore and I love audiobooks...specifically series books as you have a shot of a longer "good thing" than just one book! Often, you have a good story premise plus the "bringing to life" or "voice" of the characters thru the same narrator. I have listened to two of the Psychic Eye books so far, and I am really happy to have stumbled across it!
awesome book
I love all victoria laurie books. They are fancinating and riveting. This narrator does a great job. It was hard to turn off the ipod so I could get other stuff done.
Mediocre at best...
Great narration, good plot, substandard writing...
If one likes romance in a mystery, this won't disappoint.
