Setting the bar
This series set the bar for all fantasy novels. I’ve read many novels similar but once I read this series nothing else will do. It forced me to read the others from this universe though they’re not as amazing they outperform all other novels currently out. I should probably rate it lower as it has ruined my taste for other novels lol jk. Anyway, there’s some parts that could have had more detail which is funny because this series paint such a vivid picture (movie like) but I wouldn’t change anything about this series. (Spoiler alert) All that being said I look forward to the rest of Eva Marie’s journey and praying for a story for her child with all five elements since her and Charlie command them all. BTW I appreciate all the issues covered in this whole universe real life stuff that most people don’t give much thought to unless it’s relevant to them or those close to them.
Narrators need to do research
Minor minor picky thing. If you use different narrators to read different books in a series, please make sure they’ve listened to the others! It’s driving me crazy how the different readers say Imogen differently 🤣🤣
