The book was okay. I got it because it was recommended from a FB group I’m in relevant to This Naked Mind. The material is similar to TNM but minus the liminal thinking (which is the key element to TNM). The big turn off to this audio book was the relentless advertisements for the author’s other projects (particularly his weight loss book). I wouldn’t have minded one mention but there were multiple. I bought this audiobook - I didn’t rent it and don’t like/expect a sales pitch for my money. A real turnoff
