Best way to quit smoking(nicotine addiction)
Allen Carr’s unorthodox look at smoking is just the perception that can make quitting smoking enjoyable. Don’t get me wrong that there are a few moments of depression, anger, and/or fear, but after a brief pause, a couple of deep breaths and recollection of the main points of the book these moments can be enjoyable, as you kill the little monster. Just listen or read with an open mind while you keep smoking. This is one of the most important aspects of the book. He recommends that you continue smoking as you listen/read it allows you to understand the nicotine addiction that is occurring which gives you clarity. Before you know it, the way you think about smoking(drug addiction) will completely change. I will admit the first time I read the book I stopped about 2/3 of the way through, because I knew I was going to quit and I was scared. Finish the book and take the plunge. It will be one of your greatest accomplishments and improve your life, wallet, breath, mental health, self esteem and physical health. God bless you Allen Carr.

READ IT. I tried everything else, but with this book I quit cold turkey and never looked back. I was smoking over a pack a day for years. I can’t say enough amazing things about this book!
