An American Outlaw
Half of the words in this were completely unnecessary. Everything was overly descriptive and repetitive. Characters all gazing off into a 2 paragraph description of landscape, everyone running their hands through their hair, and please tell us again about the resistall hat. The main character is illiterate, incompetent, and incapable of performing even the most basic of law enforcement functions. Finally, there is no scenario where the Marine Corps gave weapons to discharged enlisted Marines. With great effort I forced myself to finish this only because I paid for it.
