Thank you!
This was incredibly helpful for me, and will be for anybody looking for personal growth
I don’t think it’s a human reading?
I bought the book and it seemed to be and AI reading it. I researched the author after buying it and I can’t find him on Google. The guy reading it can’t use the correct tones or pronunciations therefore I think it’s an AI book. I stopped on chapter 2 and will delete it.
Kinda ironic that this book made me angry. I kinda laughed but am bummed its not a real book. Will keep looking.
An easy guide for anger management
The audio book had the feel of a workbook for me, you needed a pen and paper while listening it. There were parts where you completed tasks meant to add insight and knowledge to move forward in the information.
