I started to realize I had some bad personal habits that were preventing me from excelling in class, as well as in my social life and health. I quit going to the gym and, smoke every day, dip as well. But this book got me up and motivated to get back on track and take every day head on, and actually WANT to make the best of every day, by planning and having true discipline.
Came home from work after a long day and new it was time to make some changes! Got through the entire in one sitting. Took lots of notes. Applied the strategies. And am starting the self discipline challenge! Strongly recommend this. Lots of great advice and very motivational.
