What a wonderful book!
Cheryl's advice is clear, simple and easy to follow. She shoots down the idea that taking care of yourself is "selfish" and helps you break through any guilt over it. Her monthly challenges are broken down into realistic steps... Right now, I'm working on creating "a soul-loving space" in my office, where I am almost all day long, as I work at home. Her audio "voice" is very easy to listen to... and I've replayed the book several times to remind myself of the routines of self-care and to write down the steps of each challenge.
This is much needed advice!
