Confused
I was never emailed the guidebook the audio talks about so I'm confused & feel like I'm missing out. They also give no explanation of the exercises...
A marvelous waste
When I ordered this, I expected something that would help me on my charm and social graces. Instead I got something telling me to relax and focus. NOT what I wanted.
Waste of money
There is not nearly enough material here to be worth the price. These are basically just affirmations and relaxation meditations. There is a lot of repetition even though there are only 6 tracks. The only difference is on one track it's a woman talking, on the next track it's a man, saying exactly the same things that were just said on the previous track. The "guidebook" is basically an advertisement for their other products, with a few pages of very basic information followed by 7 goal oriented questions. Don't do it!
