Basic tips & info

This book was basic in its information about developing you own psychic abilities. The author describes her own experiences, her family history with sixth sense ability, and her initial need to suppress and keep hidden her abilities. She gives a few different techniques for how to tune in to your abilities but I found them to be very basic. I enjoyed this book but was left with more questions.
