On April 25, by using my iPhone 3GS, I purchased the audiobook "Beating the GMAT 2011: An Audio Guide to Getting the Score You Need (Unabridged)". The entire file was shown as entirely downloaded. The audiobook shows 5:40:04, 5 hours, 40 minutes, 4 seconds. However, when I started listening to the audiobook, it only play the voice of the narrator for only 38 minutes. The remain of the file does not have any sound. I cannot listening to the remain of the book, even though it shos in the iPhone the time 5:40:04.
I feel very frustrated because I will take the GMAT this weekend. Anyways, I need to have this audiobook file entirely downloaded, or I want my money back.
Please help me with this issue. Thanks.
