Apple should have read this book before they entered audiobooks
A great read for anyone in charge of large teams, driving innovation within a major company. The author must have worked in corporate America since he explains everything with a chart or contininuum.
The audiobook is good, but given the author often refers to charts/graphs/illustrations, it's hard to follow along without the e-book or hard copy. Poor execution here, Apple should take a page out of this book in order to better execute their audiobok innovation (or shall I say fast follower strategy)
