I really liked the book but will not be getting anymore books by Karin Slaughter because of political correctness. She made a crude joke about a Catholic priest, she hit the stereotype on abortion, she made all the bad guys Christian and she endorses the act of homosexuality.
I just don’t understand when the author goes out of her way to attacking people of faith. I wish I could of spent more money on other books but I can’t.
Narrator Terrible
I love books by Karin Slaughter, but the narrator’s accent for the characters on this book is offensive. I’m a true southerner with a nice thick southern accent, but this lady is just plain making fun of us with her fake accent. Maybe she needs to take lessons...there are some people who’ve had pretty good success with that. Just please don’t let her ruin another Karin Slaughter book.
