Publisher Description
From USA Today best-selling author Rina Kent comes a new dark mafia romance.
I’m out for revenge. He’s out to rule the world.
Kirill and I are as different as day and night. We shouldn’t have been in the same frame or universe.
But we meet under the strangest circumstances.
He’s my superior in the military and the man who’ll introduce me to carnage.
His charm and exterior perfection shouldn’t have tempted me.
Behind the smokescreen lurks a manipulative emotionless monster.
And that monster might find out all my secrets, including the reason why I’m pretending to be a man.
He might also lure me to the point of no return.
This book is part of a trilogy and can't be listened to on its own.

Blood of my Monster
Narrators Sebastian York and Brooke Daniels.
This this first part of Kirill and Sasha’s story is action packed. Sasha is out for revenge for her family’s wrongful death. She has her Uncle and his son and Grandmother who are still alive. But she must keep them in the dark in what she muat do. But Kirill is the new boss and he cuts off his emotions for others. But when it comes to Sasha he is finding himself brushing up next to her. Or trying to get her alone with him a lot. The forst book ends with a cliffhanger. Of course this is a trilogy duh stace!! Anyways, Ms. Rina Kent writes with so much depths to draw the audience in and wanting to know more. Of course we gotta wait to find out the rest.. nooo!! Lol but i highly recommend.
Terrible
Slow plot, weak female character, low spice.
Mulan 🤝 The Russian Mafia
This storyline had a lot of potential, but the writing was lazy and lacking. It felt like a first draft, where the author just wanted to get down the gist of where she wanted the story to go, but then didn’t go back and add the details. Not to mention some of the scenes were completely implausible - you mean to tell me if people were savagely boning in the back of a car, the people in the front seats aren’t going to feel the entire car rocking/bouncing? I can feel if someone is shaking a leg in my car.
As for the audio, the male narrator carried this book completely. The female narrator’s tone not only didn’t fit the perception of the character she portrayed, but also made the two narrators feel totally disconnected
