Informative Book
Great book. Its very informative. I have started applying some of the training techniques outlined in the book and I can report that I've started to see muscle growth, that I haven't experienced for a long time. I would recommend this book to anyone. I bought the audible book but plan on purchasing the Kindle edition. Tonnes of information in this book.
Minutes?
Lots of interesting lifting approaches, but organizing the chapters by the type of lifting program with labels would make a huge difference on organization but the most obvious error is the delineation of seconds to minutes constantly throughout the book, it’s almost comical. Lol
Got me excited again!
This book got me excited about improving my health and fitness again. I haven't yet implemented the Principle in this book, but plan to as soon as possible. I enjoyed the beginning part of the book where things were clarified for me about things I already knew about and learn new things of what I thought I knew about.
