Change the reader

The preview alone left me not wanting to listen to the narrator of this book. Very annoying voice.

Great book. Voice not so much.

The book is awesome and author gave a lot of great information, however, narrator voice went on my last nerve. Sometimes it was too fast sometimes normal, so I had to slow it down to .75 of the speed, than it would sound like a lazy talk. It is kinda of embarrassing for a such a great book to have such a horrible and cheap narrative.

Opened My Mind

This book had opened my mind to many creative ways anyone can begin a career or hobby in real estate investing with just as it says, little or no money! It all depends on how determined and creative you can be.
