This audio book changed me completely
I was always a pessimistic person who believed that I would never achieve the dreams I had, but since I bought this guide, I am a new person, now I have a winning mentality, and nothing makes you think that you will not achieve what you want, this book is unique so buy it and change your mind.
Great for building self-esteem
The section on realistic expectations is good. I didn't even realize I had unrealistic expectations till I listen this. I also like the self care tips and will be using them. The worksheet toward the back of the audio book surprised me, but they are great for really making you focus on what you need to do. One thing they helped me to realize is I need stronger boundaries.
Interesting audio book
I read a lot on the topics of self-awareness, situational awareness, emotional intelligence, etc. So mental toughness was my next challenge to tackle. Although this book covers a lot of ground in shorts bursts. It was mostly all stuff I already knew. But for those just starting this could be a good starter book.
