When parents send their children off to college, mom and dad hope they’ll return more cultivated, knowledgeable, and astute—able to see issues from all points of view. But, according to Ben Shapiro, there’s only one view allowed on most college campuses: a rabid brand of liberalism that must be swallowed hook, line, and sinker.
In this explosive exposé, Ben Shapiro, a UCLA graduate, reveals how America’s university system is one of the largest brainwashing machines on the planet. Examining this nationwide problem from firsthand experience, Shapiro shows how the leftists who dominate the universities—from the administration to the student government, from the professors to the student media—use their power to mold impressionable minds.
Fresh and bitterly funny, this book proves that the universities, far from being a place for open discussion, are really dungeons of the mind that indoctrinate students to become socialists, atheists, race-baiters, and narcissists.

Guaranteed you’ve never read, or even listened to a single piece of his writing because your review is simply Leftist talking points which you no doubt discovered in one of your pointless college courses that simply perpetuate the instructors existence and make you feel good about urself. What you wrote is what lefties everywhere write and say about anyone that dare challenge their group think, just change the name for the next conservative or patriotic American you review. Also Ben Shapiro is a practicing Jew so that would mean he’s not even liked by the Alt-Right much less a member idiot! Facts don’t care about your feelings and neither do I so go crawl back to your safe space
Ben Shapiro, if you actually listen to him, is anti-alt-right, anti sexism, anti homophobia, and he is not far right. He just values truth and hearing what everyone has to say.
To the reviewer above:
You've obviously never heard what he has to say, and you certainly have never read his books (if, indeed, you read at all).
He is neither alt-right, nor a fascist, nor a crybaby. He is not a homophobe at all, nor is he a sexist, etc.
And when he speaks, he invites debate and eagerly seeks questions from anyone who disagrees with him.
So basically: you know nothing about him, but you're trying to diminish his book sales with your meaningless, ignorant point of view.
Your parents must be very proud.
The book is an extremely well-written account filled with statistics, personal anecdotal evidence, and a compelling argument for why institutes of higher learning must return to their goal of being a marketplace of ideas rather than the elitist institutions that we conservatives must wade through, wherein any ideas that stray from the liberal canon are met with scorn, disdain, and attempts at suppression.
An excellent, important book.
