Changing the Habit

This book is mind blowing. I read it over and over again. The guided meditations are on another level. This book is for people who are interested in transformational work. You must be ready for the awareness and awakening.

Great information but huge hunks of boring info

Overall the information is outstanding. Parts 1 & 2 goes on and on with too much scientific info. 80% of this section could have be cut out. He really like to beat a point to death. Unfortunately the reader is also boring. Stay with it because the ideas and methods are great.
