It’s a great book

This is my first audio book and I wish I knew that they didn’t come with pics that are in the real book so I can see the extras but the audio is very convenient

Life Changing Information

This book was a life changing book for me. An eye opener! I’m a technical person and need science to believe things. This book started with physics. I loved it. I read other side materials and watched videos to educate myself so I can understand the beginning chapters of this book. Then it goes to how to break the habits. I started the guided meditation suggested towards the end of the book and even though I thought it was weird in the beginning, I started to understand it and see how it works. This book made me feel powerful! Thanks to the author!

My life is in transition of change

I purchased this book after seeing a comment about it on TikTok which was nothing eye catching it was a simple you should read…, I’d never heard of Dr Dispenza but for some reason I felt a huge desire to check into this book. After purchasing I’ve not laid it down a single day, I’m to eager to learn this to its fullest and become the best version of me. This book not only explains how much better life can be but it gives you the understanding of how it works along with how to apply it to your life and to break free from the emotional and psychological chains we all bound ourselves to. I have learned so much and the most powerful eye opener I came across, in the book, was how we think others actions control us but it is how we react that is the control. I’m stopping here, I don’t want to give away to much, but it is a must read!!!
