A Breath of Fresh Air
For those who struggle with anxiety and panic disorder, as I do, Dr. Weil does a wonderful job teaching you through breathing techniques how to limit panic and anxiety attacks and their durations. This tape is also worth considering, if you are hypersensitive to breathing.
Great media for breathing exercises
Wow! I have had a fatigue problem that started early last year. I bought this audiobook before Christmas and I truly think anyone who has the same problem should look into it. I am always looking for a great meditation media and this one tops my list. At the end of one week, I felt better and now my stamina has greatly increased. Thanks Dr. Weil!
This book really is amazing!
I have anxiety as well and after trying Andrews techniques for the first time I can tell these excersises will truely be helpful in many ways. I definitely will be recommending this to people.
