Don’t listen to this garbage.

As a health care professional, this is a load of garbage. It’s basically keto with rice. Demonizing carbs. Potatoes are a wonderful whole food that are very satiating and loaded with vitamins and nutrients. Please don’t listen to this garbage. I had high hope as this was recommended and raved about. Very disappointed.
