Let me preface this by saying I had absolutely no expectation that this would work at all. I thought for less than the cost of a music cd, why not give it a try? I listened to it the first night And it was no big deal. I was a bit clearer in thought and more aware the next day but nothing significant. The speaker on the audiobook said to keep doing it over and over and it would increase in its effect. So I listened again the next night and something amazing happened. Toward the end of the second track I experienced an upwelling of emotion which crescendoed into euphoria. I felt an inner peace I have never known and tears of pure joy streamed from my eyes. I felt energized and empowered afterward. My thoughts were clearer and my emotions were more balanced. I felt a huge burden of emotional baggage had been lifted from my shoulders. I still feel this way 24 hours later!

I was not a believer until I came across Glenn's work. I have been using his meditations for over a year and they have made a huge impact on my life. I've been meditating since my teens but this really takes your mind to the next level. I highly recommend this meditation, it's a mental tune up. I'm really great full for these recordings.
