This was such a sweet story YA book. Part Coming of age/murder thriller/romance all wrapped up in two kids trying to work through their grief and balance happiness and love. Sometimes in the darkest of times little rays of light break through the darkness. It's hard to hold on to that light when you feel like you should be in the dark or deserve to be in the dark or it's not societally acceptable to be out of the dark yet, but good things happen when we need them to happen most. This is that story.
