Cards on the Table

One of Agatha Christie's very finest! Ariadne Oliver, Superintendent Battle, Colonel Race, along with Hercule Poirot make for a delightful murder mystery! So many interesting angles, in addition to Ms Oliver's narrative about what it's like to be a writer of murder mysteries are great fun! One can only imagine that Agatha vents a bit of her own feelings about her very own talent through the words of the amusing Ms. Oliver! 🍎

Poirot at his most ingenious!

Cards on the Table is Agatha Christie‘s most underrated novel. Very entertaining and a great read (or listen). Hugh Fraser does Dame Agatha proud in his performance for the audiobook.
