the story ends abruptly somewhere in Casanova's mid-twenties. This is by no means complete and leave on feeling rather unsatisfied, as if someone had been passionately pitching woo (look it up, kiddos), was just on the verge of doing something fantastically interesting then said, "Oh, I need.. chocolate milk!" and ran off into the night, never to return.
Benedict Cumberbatch is a fantastic sensual reader.

It could be a 5 hour long technical manual on how to install a toilet and if Benedict was narrating it I would buy it.

The man has a voice like an angel, even if it's a fallen one.

I agree that it's far too short, but I thought it was definitely worth the price. If I didn't love Benedict Cumberbatch so much as an actor, I'd want him to devote his life to narrating audiobooks. And I'd listen to every single one. His voice brings so much humor and life to the memoirs of the great lover.

So much so that it's distracting. I listen to audiobooks while doing house-work. And finding oneself looking at a sink full of dishes in now-cold water because one has apparently been just standing there, mouth hanging open and blushing furiously for fifteen minutes, is... unproductive.

Unproductive, but worth it.
