Caught in the Act (Men to Rescue) (Unabridged‪)‬

Both Novel and Narrator are OUTSTANDING!

Caught in the Act is outstanding. In my opinion not every person published actually owns the title Author, but once again Lori Foster has proves she has an exceptional talent and is definitely one of the very best authors in fiction-romance-mystery. From the first paragraph this story comes alive. The characters are strong, well developed, interesting, and easily likeable. Anticipating what would happen next just wasn't possible; plot twists were frequent, unique, and surprising. Unlike many of today’s romance novels, the ending wasn't rushed. Thank goodness this book didn't stop immediately after the final conflict; it progressed to a very natural and satisfying conclusion. It’s not uncommon for audio books, especially in the romance genre, to be ruined by a weak, whiney, monotone narrator, however, the narrator of Caught in the Act, Victor Bevine, is anything but weak or monotone. Mr. Bevine's voice is very strong and clear. He portrayed each character with a distinguished and very pleasing voice. Lori Foster gave her characters life and Victor Bevine gave them dimension. This is by far the best audio-romance-book I’ve listened to in a very long time. I look forward to continuing these characters’ stories with “Treat Her Right” and then “Mr. November”. I’m also looking forward to other books narrated by Mr. Bevine. I highly recommend this audio book and I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I did.
