CR in person is a great thing and worth..

Celebrate Recovery is a great program and has helped more people than I know! And if you are having a hard time dealing with life, a addiction or even your sanity and there is a CR program near you I would definitely recommend you to give it at least a weeks worth! So either go every day for a week or 7 days (FTDA) so if it’s once a week then 7 weeks! It will at least get you to a place where you can start making rational decisions. But this book, not so much!!! Unfortunately this book is just filled with the empty meaningless saying that doesn’t make someone feel better if their already on rock bottom. It just pisses them off. And every time they try to prove a point you can literally watch them skate around all the holes in their stories to the point that you could definitely have a good footing if you were debating this with someone. I really tried to love this book and learn something. But every time I heard one of these meaningless phrases it just pushed me further away. That being said, yes. I am very depressed. Yes, I no longer want to be here. And yes, I love God. I just hate my life and me! So this may not apply to you because I honestly feel like I’m already too far gone (and no I don’t mean “too far gone” I’m the way most people use it. Where most of the time they don’t mean 90% of the stuff coming out their mouths. If I say it I mean it)!!!

Terrible Audio

Robot reading is terrible can’t hardly listen to it. Would be much better as a book to read.
