Very nice meditation

This is a very nice meditation. I highly recommend it to anyone that likes Doreen Virtue's work. I gave this cd 4 stars though. The only downside to this cd is during the meditation the sound cuts out briefly at different points. I'm sure this has to do with bad editing from cassette tape to digital format. I also wished that they made two different tracks, one for morning and another for evening. However it is one continuous track. Other than that this meditation is great! As always Doreen knows just what to say in a tone that will uplift and inspire you. Sending you all love and light!

It's a single 46 minute track

This book is one long 46 minute track. I bought this as an audio book not realizing each meditation wouldn't be broken into tracks. Thought it would be more versatile this way in iTunes and then able to share on appleTV, iphone etc. As one long file, I'm extremely disappointed. Now, I'll take another chance on the iPhone app. The description should say how this is organized. This is not much better than an old audio cassette tape if it's just one huge file in my opinion.

morning and night meditation

I try to do this meditation daily and it has really helped me release any emotional or mental baggage that I may have. The morning meditation helps me start my day positively and the night meditaion helps me sleep more peacefully.
