After breaking the law by saving a Lycan, my attempt to flee is thwarted when I am captured and imprisoned by the hunter, Arthur. Awaiting my fate, I am told that my werewolf lover, Knight, is dead, and I fall into deep despair, unable to care about my own impending doom, or what my reckless actions will bring. My trial arrives, and I am awarded my freedom, but with my friends and those I can trust falling in number, I suddenly find that things are becoming much worse than I could ever have thought. Humans we turned into vampires are beginning to revolt against the strict rules imposed on them, and when it erupts into open violence, they carry out a massacre of born vampires, kidnapping the head of my order in the process. I am thrust into the position to lead my people, and I must somehow find a way to save all of us from destruction. But what can I do to change the path of fate?
