In Chill Factor, author Chris Rogers delivers a tale full of surprises and hard-hitting characters. When bounty hunter Dixie Flannigan arrives at the bank, she's shocked to see her longtime friend Edna Pine-a sweet and caring grandmother- robbing the bank.
