Emotionally charged!
This is book 6 in the Hunting Her series and it features Cole and Anissa. This is the continuation of their story. To say the least, Cole and Anissa have an EXTREMELY complicated relationship. He wants her with everything he is. She wants him too but is fighting it EVERY. STEP. OF. THE. WAY! Caught between her job as an FBI agent and being romantically entangled with a crime boss, Anissa’s struggle was mentally exhausting. This is a sexy, emotionally charged story full of suspense.
The story line is excellent and unexpected! It has all the characters we’re used to seeing surrounding Cole and Anissa. This author has kept me guessing, throughout the entire book, as to which way the story was going. I was left feeling that their story is not completely finished. I actually felt that way about a few characters but I guess we’ll have to wait and see. The hint of a surprise at the end had me jumping out of my seat! YES!!!
