Good place to begin
Meditation was something of a curiosity to me for a long while. Only after going through other positive changes in my life did it seem to be the next best step. Since I didn't know what to try or who to turn to I went with an author whose name I was at least familiar with from past top ten lists.I find her voice and background music to be perfectly soothing. It became obvious to me that this audiobook is limited in what I can do meditatively.However, the results have been just what I needed. It makes me want to expand my knowledge of meditation and meditative techniques. If you have exposure to positive imaging, positive self talk and affirmations I sincerely believe you will enjoy this experience as a 1st step and that you will desire to learn more.
