Get another narrator!
Content is outstanding. Unfortunately, the narrator takes away from the book. His constant mispronunciation of such basis words like resource is maddening. Instead on reading work in process as WIP. He reads it out a. W-I-P. Pareto is pronounced as Pereeto. This may come across as nitpicking, however, it really interferes with listening. You would think a company with such an emphasis on technical literature would have done a better job with this. Have some else who can read and talk narrate this and it is 5 star.
