Life Transforming Emotional Damage
I never imagined that a dark romantacy story with gothic horror elements would end up in my collection of life-altering titles. I was hesitant to begin this duet because I was still recovering from Liv Zander’s Court of Ravens Duet’s MMC Sebian (if you know you know). However, unlike that duet, the Heartstring Duet had an exceptional plot, remarkable character development, great dark humor, and the perfect balance of jaw dropping spice. But what truly distinguished this duet for me was how it completely transformed the way I now see life and death and how it brought some of my own heart strings back to life.
*** Whoever does the “From The Publisher” needs to stop using a story hook that really doesn’t align with the actual story.

I HAVE NO WORDS. JUST TEARS. 😭😭😭 This book took my heart, ripped it apart, stomped on it, and somehow gave me the most beautiful, meaningful ending in return. I’m devastated. I’m sobbing. I’m emotionally unavailable after this. The ending HURT, but it was so damn meaningful. I hated it. I loved it. I wouldn’t change it. 5 stars because apparently I enjoy suffering. 💔⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
