This book helped me so many different times through out the past few years. For me my stress and anxiety builds up over months and years pushing to that breaking point to where it starts coming out in physical ways. All I do is listen to this book and remember the methods it’s almost instant relief and recovery, I do believe that instant recovery comes from years of listening. The last few weeks my anxiety has built up to that critical point, it was to the point I ended up wasting time and money going to the doctors for them to run all kinds of tests to find out I’m in perfect health.
