Dark and Addictive
Deeply appreciated the honesty in the darker traits of these characters, and how interwoven personal experiences shaped their constant battle for dominance (or perceived dominance). I look forward to more books by this author.
Never a dull moment
The story keeps you wanting more the whole time. Modern magic with well delivered historical and psychological profiles. I loved it. Great characters narrated professionally with care. I immediately bought book 2 once I finished this and I cant wait to read more from Val.
Absolutely enthralling
I can hardly wait for the next book in the series. If you’re into dark fantasy this series does not disappoint. The authors ability to narrate from multiple perspectives with the characters personal thoughts and emotions gives a unique insight as to why they behave as they do.
