Publisher Description
Before the battle of the SandWing queens; before the prophecy and the dragonets sent to save Pyrrhia from endless war; a long, long time ago...evil was born.
In alternating chapters this Wings of Fire special edition takes listeners back to the very beginning, when powerful, mythical dragons Clearsight, Fathom, and Darkstalker—the most dangerous dragon of all—were just dragonets. When the future was bright and uncertain, when no one had been betrayed or had their heart broken.
This is the origin story that changes everything.

Hi SpiritCatcher <3
I wanted to share some of the fandoms/book series’ I’m really into, since you’re bored and all.
I’m currently obsessed with Lockwood and Co by Johnathon Stroud, which is a book series about an alternate version of London that’s experiencing a surge of ghosts ever since the Problem started. Only young people can see the ghosts with their Talents (Listening, Sight, and Touch) and they use them alongside salt and iron to fight back against the ghosts.
It’s a five book series that focuses on unraveling the mystery surrounding the Problem, and the two biggest agencies (the companies dedicated to training agents, who fight against the ghosts) in London, Fittes and Rotwell. Lockwood and Co is the smallest agency in London, and only has three members at the beginning, Lockwood, George, and Lucy.
It’s a great book series, and even though it’s labeled young adult I think the books are suitable for anybody who can handle a little fear and action, because it’s actually pretty scary (in a good way!)
I hope you’ll try this one out, and I apologize for the long-winded explanation, but if that’s not your fancy then I’ve also got a graphic novel trilogy from Miríam Bonastre Tur. It’s about two twin witches Dani and Dorian who missed the bus to go to their magic school. They get involved with a princess, a local delinquent (lol I love Nico) and more people as they try to escape — and later confront — the evil schemes of their parents, who want to make all of the non-witches suffer for what they did to them.
It’s a really good series, but there’s a few things I want to clarify.
1) it’s not available on Apple Books, or I think any digital book store, so you’ll have to get it physical. 2) there are two characters in the story who are gay, so if you have a problem or you feel uncomfortable with LGBTQ+, maybe stay away from it. 3) I think in the third volume, there’s a curse word in it, but I consider it a middle-tier one lol. If you’ve watched Harry Potter then you’ll be fine.
Besides those two, I don’t really have any more series that I read. Because I’m a Warriors fan and I hate reading digitally, my bookshelf is 40% Warriors. And of course Wings of Fire, and Harry Potter.
I actually might make some new OCs later, and I’ll share them here! I have my OCs of the “next generation” of Shimmer’s bunch (they’re in the last couple audiobooks in the main series if you wanna check them out if you haven’t) but I might make some others…

Sooo saaad!!
(WARNING SPOILERS) It was super sad at the end! I was half to tears reading it, I feel so bad for clear sight (never experiencing the good futures) and fathom for having to actually do it! The only consolation is that fathom and indigo end up together, other than that it is soooo saaaad!!!!!!
