Only thing that has worked for me
All I can say is I have tried several medications with horrible side effects as well as therapy and following these 6 steps religiously absolutely works!!
Any time I am feeling off or down I check back with the six and sure enough something will be missing for a few days. Once I get all six going again I am immediately back on track.
