Publisher Description
Are You As Productive As You Could Be?
Destroy Your Distractions is the ultimate guide to getting more done, being more productive, and spending more time doing what you love.
Do you always feel busy, but at the end of the day wish you could have done more?
There are too many distractions today. Television, email, pop-up notifications on your phone, errands, annoying co-workers, free-loaders, complainers, negative relatives, and the list goes on.
Companies get paid every day to steal your attention with sensational headlines and bogus news stories so they can sell your attention to advertisers. The incentives are all wrong, and it's you and I who have to pay the price.
With all the noise, how do you actually focus and get important work done?
In my experience, too many of us spend most of our life doing what everyone else wants us to do instead of doing what's really important to us. That's nonsense!
In Destroy Your Distractions, you'll learn how to get crystal clear on what you want to achieve in your life, and how to gently (or not-so-gently) get rid of all the distractions that keep you from achieving your goals.
Life is way too short to live someone else's dream! Learn how to hone in on what's most important to you and never again let distractions take you away from your true mission and purpose in life.
This isn't just some typical, boring time management book filled with clichés and platitudes. This book is full of real-world advice and action steps based on Tom's personal experience as an entrepreneur and the experiences of thousands of his students and consulting clients.
We all have just 24 hours each day. Are you using your time as effectively as you should be, or are you feeling overwhelmed with distractions that keep you from achieving your most important goals in life?
If you're ready to get more done and make your work life incredibly productive and fulfilling, this book is for you.
Customer Reviews
After listening sample I lost respect to the author
The guy went to make a haircut, waited 57 minutes instead of 15, after that 10 another listening cashier talking about dogs with someone. And he put dollars on the table, smile, said thank you and left. Holy f, such a rebelion! This a person full of passive aggressiveness who would teach you how to save the time, for sure
