Only A Taste; the meat costs a whole lot more

Just like most of the real estate “gurus,” the book they put out is simply to lead you to the very expensive classes and “Toolkit.” No problem with people getting paid for sharing what they’ve learned, but be upfront with the book. Tell the buyer the book only provides a sketch, with a few details thrown in. Maybe the author is sincere in his belief his system works, and perhaps it does, but no book buyer likes to be misled that the book has all the time-tested information you need to be successful. The book offers only a taste; the meat costs a whole lot more than the cost of the book.
