Hypothetically speaking, of course. I've been hit on plenty of times, mostly by men with little finesse who thought what was between their legs made up for what they lacked between their ears. Sometimes I went home with them anyway, just because it felt good to want and be wanted, even if it was mostly fake. The problem with wanting is that it's like pouring water into a vase full of stones. It fills you up before you know it, leaving no room for anything else.
I don't apologize for who I am or what I've done in or out of bed. I have my job, my house, and my life, and for a long time I haven't wanted anything else. Until Dan. Until now.

great book!
I read the other reviews before I purchased this book and I was thinking "how explicit can it be?" Apparently, REALLY explicit. I generally don't get into these kind of books. I enjoy suspense, but this book was shockingly great. Don't let the 1st 2 hrs scare you.....it turns out to be a really interesting story. Enjoy!
Yes! You will be held captive!
This is the first "romantic" audiobook I've purchased, and I fear that it have may ruined me for all others! The story pulls you in right away and doesn't let go. I travel a lot for my job and this made an otherwise unbearable 10 hrs something amazing!
awful book/awful narration
This is an awful book. It is poorly written, has a trite message (all The Little Prince stuff, come on!!) and an thoroughly abrupt and implausible ending. The only good thing about it is the graphic sex scenes. The narration is almost as bad as the writing. The narrator goes to silly lengths to differentiate between voices, and the result is distracting at best and agitating at worst. Her "Dan" voice is a terrible attempt at playing male and her super nasal "mother" voice is over-the-top. I wish I hadn't wasted my money on this....
